TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Driver Duty Hours:

  • The driver’s duty is limited to 12 hours per day, either in a morning or night shift.
  • The driver is not permitted to drive for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period, in compliance with safety standards.
  • If the Fuel isn’t included in the package, In such Case, a Full tank of fuel will be provided in the start; However, the client must refill it at the end of the trip
  • Toll Tax / Challan / Parking fee aren’t included in the given price
  • If Driver expense isn’t included in the package, Driver food will be Hirer Responsibility or the hirer will have to pay PKR 1,000/- PER DAY

Extra Charges:

  • Any extra usage beyond the agreed duty hours will incur additional charges.
  • In case of road blockages, diversions, delays due to weather or law enforcement restrictions, extra charges may also apply.

Mechanical Issues & Backup Vehicle Policy:

  • In case the vehicle develops a mechanical issue during the trip, repairs will be arranged at the nearest available service station. Clients are requested to remain patient and cooperative during this time.
  • If the issue is major and the vehicle becomes unrepairable, a backup vehicle will be dispatched as soon as possible.
  • The client is required to refill the fuel tank of the original vehicle before it is returned.
  • The client will not be charged for the days the original vehicle is out of service — only for the days it was used.
  • If the backup vehicle is sourced from another city or province, the additional fuel cost for bringing the replacement vehicle will be borne by the client

Booking & Payment Terms:

  • 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining 50% must be cleared before departure.
  • Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or any method mutually agreed upon.

Fuel Policy (if not included): If fuel is excluded from the package, the vehicle will be provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 7 Days before departure: Full refund
  • 48–72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • 24–48 hours before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

Liability: The company will not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, law enforcement activities, political unrest, or unforeseen incidents beyond our control.
